Volume
VII, Issue 2 Postcard
April, 2012

Postcard Text:
Stripe rust is a threat to wheat this year, and we are booking orders
now. Best timing of the fungicide application is flag leaf emergence.
Most farmers will choose the active ingredient tebuconazole
because of its combination of excellent control and low price. Quilt
and Twinline also offer excellent control--and two active
ingredients--but are much higher priced.
Our turbine-powered Thrush aircraft has dramatically increased our
capacity, and will speed up response times when demand is heavy.
Scout often, and treat early if you have stripe rust and a susceptible
variety. The potential yield reductions are large.

Postcard text:
We thank you for your past business
and look forward to serving you again this year.
As you know, we send application notifications when we finish your
fields. The fastest and simplest way is via text message or email. If
you have one, we hope that you will provide us with a text number or
email address to replace the slower postcard notification. A quick phone
call (or text us--see number below) is all that it takes. We respect
your privacy.
Remember that our website lists all the REI information for pesticides
which we use: Simply click on "Agriculture" and then select the
REI/pesticides line on that page.
